Thanks Mero! Solved it for me. In my case the pc was powering on, no picture, restarting by itself in about a minute, booting fine after. 3600x, b450 mb and a cheap vga.

Dammit, this was driving me nuts. I've had so many issues with my 5800X and went thru so many motherboards to diagnose a faulty 5800X.
But I was left with this issue in the end and wasn't sure if the issue was within the bios itself...but this 100% fixed it! 👌🏻
