The reason why they both said that they are thankful for their last name 😊

Ren revealed that he was shy and awkward with Suzu at first when they first met for the pictorial for their drama poster. So, they played "zenryouku janken" (full force janken) to break the ice. at 1:51 they demonstrate how they played it. At 2:49, they played it again (They were playing a Yugure quiz game before that, Suzu won in the first round, while Ren on the second. Third round is the rock, scissor, paper where Suzu won.

As a punishment, Ren has to say the things he is thankful for Suzu..
