I love flying Emirates business class in their A380. On a 14 hour flight BNE-DXB, you can’t beat it!

SQ is my all time favorite airline. I started flying with them in 1981 and they always have such impeccable cabin service. JAL and ANA are also quite good. Favorite U.S. domestic airline is JetBlue. On certain routes Mint Class(Business Class) is excellent.

I really love Virgin Atlantic..they are very different in their approach to the customer.. Emirates, Qatar Airways are very similar in their styles, I'm not so sure about any American carriers with their business class product, but I feel like Singapore Airlines is one of the world's best airlines out there..

Singapore Airlines gets my vote for Business Class. A step up above the rest. I don’t even consider any other airline anymore. I can’t fault the service, cabin style and layout, and the cabin crew is a step above the rest.

Great review and I completely agree with your #1 and #2 - Qatar and ANA. The service on Qatar is outstanding and I would go out of my way to fly them again if possible. Several years ago, I flew from JFK to BKK via NRT. The first leg was on United (Polaris) and then ANA from NRT to BKK. The difference in service level between United and ANA was like night and day. ANA flight attendants greeted me with big smiles and addressed me by name. The service was just outstanding. I’m now very curious to try out the others on your list (except for LX and VS which I’ve already flown on). Singapore, Etihad, and Emirates have been on my list for quite some time now so cannot wait to fly with them soon. Thanks again for this great report.

Try Turkish Airlines buddy nothing comes close especially that fabulous Turkish food you’d think your eating five star restaurant food

It's a little unfair to show Singapore Airlines on such a short route from Singapore to Phuket. The plane seats, food and amenity kit differ vastly from their long haul flights. You should show comparable flights for each airline.

Emirates business class on the A380 is outstanding. I’ve used it 4 times. On other airlines I don’t like the double seat in the windows sides and even worse the airlines that have the seats turned on an angle or with the amenities near the wiindows and you have to sleep on an isle seat.

Singapore, Korean, Emirates - each is fabulous in business class. I prefer a 1 - 2 - 1 configuration and always take the single seat next to a window so that when I sleep, no one walking up the aisle can disturb me…….

It seems to me, that most of the Airlines chosen are flying the A380, which is the best for customer comfort, depending on the Airline.For me, its always been Singapore girl! with Qatar right behind and both being chased by EVA(777) really all depends on where you are flying too and if your favourite airline flies that route. Flying for me is a tedium and the more comfort and delicious food the better!

I have flown Business Class on Emirates, Cathay Pacific, Japan Airlines, Finair, Malaysia, Thai Airways. But I'd have to say the best experience was the flight from Dubai to Melbourne on the A380. I just love the A380.

I'm surprised Japan Airlines is not on the list. They should be on here instead of Swiss. I flew with JAL few times always on BC and they became my favorite because of their bidet 😅 As an Asian and a woman i think it is very important to feel clean and fresh all the time especially when flying. I flew on ANA just recently too and I was glad that their service remained the same even during the pandemic. And they have bidet too 😅 I flew on Emirates, Qantas, Malysian Airlines, Asiana, Lufthansa, American Airlines, ANA and JAL. In my experience I would say Emirates on the top, next is JAL and ANA. I wish to fly on Qatar Airways one day when this pandemic is over. 😅

For my No: 1 I would have picked EVA Air BKK LHR the food and service stands well above the others. Food service on Emirates is at best poor. Try their red eye from BKK to Dubai Service is non existent for around the first 5 hours.
