I never understood half of things what he said in any video (because of science language) but still always i am watching his video the way he explains without flaws. Each person has each talent👏🏾👏🏾🤝🤝

Would I eat a cursed aerogel egg for breakfast, no, no I would not. Now please leave me in peace to keep enjoying my soft boiled eggs.

“Here is a tiny egg. This process doesn’t shrink things” (cuts back to tiny egg) 🤔

According to a website producing Aeroeggs: "Aeroeggs are not edible.  Do not eat.  Although Aeroeggs are made from real eggs and in principle egg aerogels could be eaten if prepared properly, these aerogels are supercritically dried in industrial equipment that processes chemicals and that is not food grade making them not edible. Seriously don’t eat them, not even rehydrated."
So it depends on the equipment in which they are made if they are edible or not. But then again, why should I eat an Aeroegg if I can have a normal egg instead?

Fascinating science
But I'm already full of plastics without intentionally ingesting more

The thing is what tests have been done behind this on the nutrient status when you cook something at high temperatures pretty much incinerating it one would think there would be hardly any nutrients in that food after the fact not to mention wouldn't it be kind of like a rock seeing it has a very low to even 0% moisture content or at the very least a chalky substance

Depends on the taste, I've had pre-peeled frozen avocados before and those were just terrible. and these are provided to restaurants! The one thing I want my aerogel egg to taste like is an egg. and a good one at best.
