I don't 'bake' often, but I have also found Krusteaz to be a reliable pre-mix.

Never heard of Krusteaz until I moved to GA. I like it. My former boss would make dressing with it, or I did and he instructed, vaguely. ANYWAY, I just reduced the liquid. It works.

Looks good. As an older person, I like to freeze mine so I can eat all week without cooking bread.Sometimes it last longer than that.

I always use Krusteaz for my pancakes but for cornbread because I like a sweeter cornbread too I use Jiffy mix. Very economical as well.
