Hi recently after I downloaded something my computer wouldn't let me get on windows defender. I deleted the application and my defender is still active but when I go to the app and open it I get a pop up saying "Some areas of this app have been blocked by your ip administrator" I will get this pop up or the app would just be blank any fixes?
