Good video Michael BUT why use an MDF baseboard with a grid on it and then use a honeycomb over it? You can't still use your engraved grid for lining things up. What am I missing? Thank you.

Thanks for this video, this thing looks awesome. I do have one question though, is it possible to engrave on something larger than the laser format itself? In other words if I put it on a cutting board that’s bigger than the square, can I engrave in one corner of that cutting board?
