I have a million questions already... but what If the bus went under a short tree? And did the driver not care? And how did he manage to get up there? (Unless if he jumped off a tall building and landed on the bus) and when did he do this? (I know you dont know the answer to that but it's a rhetorical question...) and is this the way you get free travels in London if the driver doesnt let you on for free? (I live in london).
