The ONLY Anheuser-Busch products I have EVER purchased were Corona and Stella. Bud Light has always been a gag-reflex beer for me. I didn't mind actual Budweiser, but it was never a favorite. So, I'm not the voting bloc that is going to sway Anheuser-Busch one-way or the other. What I WILL tell you is this: My buddy owns two convenience stores and meat-markets. Both of his stores are in rural areas, and while Bud Light wasn't his staple beer product, Busch Light was his best seller - especially the 30-packs. I called him yesterday to ask if he had seen any kind of movement, and he said - and I'm quoting: "I have STACKS of Busch Light 30-packs... STACKS! Nobody is buying them. I'm out of Miller Lite, and there is a backlog. I can't give Busch Light away! I don't know what I'm gonna do. I sold 20 to 25 30-packs every day... now they are just sitting here. I took them out of the coolers because I'm not going to pay to keep them cold if nobody is buying them."
