DQ rightly said Nepotism didn't effect Malayalam film industry. There if you want to survive you need to work hard, you need to have talent, luck, contacts, you need to be honest, passionate and you need to be so many more. There only top few stars are having so called stardom. If you want to succeed you will have to gain peoples respect, love etc.. There people are treated as same whether in-front or behind the camera.
