It was one big, lumpy, fleshy lie! Paleontologists recently discovered that Edmontosaurus, a duck-billed dinosaur thought to lack any fancy ornaments on its head, until a new discovery changed everything.

Paleontologist Dr. Terry "Bucky" Gates joined us for the Science Cafe to talk about his research on dinosaur ornaments and crests in theropods, the group including T. rex. An audience member asked about those ornaments and crests that might be evident on the skull, like those Edmontosaurus.
