Thank you so much for the calculation. I myself lost 70lbs. Got to 120. But have gained 20lbs that I need to get back off. I recently found your videos and love them. You are down to earth and I'm a bay area girl myself. I have followed other workouts and eating regimen by other fitness trainers and nutritionists. But I like to see what others have to offer. I am so happy to find your videos. I have started watching them the last couple of days and binge watching them. This video answers some questions I had as post menopause and not able to shift the weight gain and getting depressed and cutting my calories down so much and nothing happening so fingers crossed I will start with the calculations you gave and see how it goes.x

So good! As someone who is in menopause and frequently goes down the YouTube rabbit hole of different diets, this is a great reminder that it’s really about keeping to my calorie target and eating enough protein, plus drinking enough water which I’m terrible at doing. I already have sleep, steps and weight training dialed in. Thanks! 💪🏻👏🏻

Wow thank you so much - I’m a younger looking 40+ 😢 - and i can’t budge these 8-9 lbs! I am so frustrated & don’t want to use the dreaded ‘m’ word or ‘pm’ word which I know I’m starting that. Thank you so much for this info I will take this and work on it !!! I was a keto queen got stuck on the no fruit and carbs did well but was not for me I feel it caused me to have a eating disorder scared of carbs scared of fruit came to a point where I didn’t know what to eat anymore
Then I found you and Mike God Sent I now have food freedom, and it feels so good. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.
