Is it me or are his videos made for teaching future pilots about the most irrational and tiny possibilities of the plane going off course and which runway to choose for a 787 to be able to land without a reverse thrust or land at the worlds shortest runway. Goat. I respect this man for my future as a pilot and y’all including Aaron will be the first ones to know about my license. I’m 14 right now but know too much about planes and I want to be a pilot in the future.

Realistically ATC would probably have you land at the closest airport with those anti-overrun block things, the ones that get crushed and slow the plane down

If the reverse thrust and brakes are not working, you will use a technique called aerodynamic breaking. You won't just land and hope for the best
