Chase, I am speechless. You've outdone yourself once again and created a truly beautiful piece of art. My head and heart are buzzing with millions of feelings this video has awoken in me and though my mouth are open wide, with my jaw on the floor, I am unable to put them into words, they are just better than words. I dont know what has amazed me more. The words that was spoken. Or the images that lied infront of me to illustrate such amazing words.
The time it must have taken you to film and edit this let alone write this is crazy. You have mastered this craft!!
Some people were meant to tell stored through moving image, and you are one of them people. You work always captures me from the second I press play. You inspire people without even releasing it, and this video is just another example of that.

You're so right. Recently I have started to get to actually see how the people around me think. Family, friends, not so friends... I have found myself surrounded by a world in fear. The people who aren't afraid to be themselves are highly critizised when not around, even by people who supposedly love them. What I mean by that is they actually want to love them, but just don't know how. Yet they think they do.

I know I will be one of those people when they find out who the real me is. I'll be critizised, misunderstood... but yet what I only fear is not being able to make them see we can live in a world were everyone accepts each other, even if they don't agree. Because disagreements are meant to be discussed about and learn from them.

Just stop being scared of others' opinions. Even if they are people who you love or respect, that doesn't mean they cant be incorrect. Being different isn't bad, but beautiful. After all, we are all different from the rest, and we all have something unique to make theis world a better place :)

beautiful piece! I was just thinking today—after speaking with a coaching client—how we must all learn to fully surrender and let go of having to control situations. When we really are able to let go....magic happens and joins us in beautiful people!

This is fantastic! I had a teacher when I was studying music in undergrad who taught (low-key beat into me) the philosophy that failure must be treated as information to be learned from, not food for my insecurities. It helped that I was surrounded by love and encouragement from friends who are vastly more talented than myself; they never stopped believing in me. Now that I've just graduated and am facing "the real world" I have found that the foundation of confidence they built in me is often the only thing keeping me from quitting and I'm incredibly grateful for it.

Thanks for the lovely video. It was a good reminder that we are loved and should love in return because self-love is a struggle for everyone.

I've been thinking about this a lot too, about how my wanting to be an artist would be scary for people, that my family and friends would think less of me for choosing something "risky" or "foolish". When I have friends who put everything into what they create, my peers will look past it and only laud his accomplishments outside of what he has created. But I want to appreciate what he has made. What he believes to be beautiful and I shouldn't be afraid to do that either. This video was a great wake up call. Thanks Chase
