I know most citizens have the shortest memory and attention span as ever, but cant imagine us ever forgetting Santos. He has entered the realm of a Meme. I would imagine somewhere on an application for congress there would be a brief statement: I attest that the information contained is the truth and accurate to the best of my ability.
