Most men in positions of power end up being sexual predators in the workplace. You can take the nicest guy, give him a job with a title and lots money and he will end up becoming a sexual predator in the workplace. In a lot of cases, the women are the ones creating the problem. Women see a nice looking guy or he could just be average or even ugly and because he has a title and makes a lot of money, they throw themselves at him. So, you end up with a guy who is getting tons of women who he shouldn't even be messing with in the workplace, because companies have policies against this kind of stuff. So, now this guy sees how easy it is to get these women, and he enjoys it, so, that becomes a part of his character. The problem, however, is when he meets a female employee who isn't like the other skanks...who isn't interested in him...don't care about how he looks...don't care about his title or his money and isn't willing to hookup with him...those guys can't deal with that. They have gotten so accustomed to getting what they want, that, for whatever reason, that rejection...is a really big problem for them. And instead of backing off and leaving the woman alone, they end up creating a problem for themselves. When it comes to this kind of stuff, the women with low morals are the ones creating the problems for the other women with higher morals. These guys think, that because they can get those low class women...they can get ANY woman, because after a while, they see all women the same way they see the ones who are willingly chasing them.

ummm I'm not surprised about this at all. dudes (as a man) you need to chill out and or avoid females who's going to put you in those situations.
