thank you i’m only 5 months but concerned

Im 19 weeks pregnant and told my OB I felt abdomen tighten and harden most of the time. He said It could be contractions which isn't normal bec Im only 5 mos so he gave me a progesterone to be inserted in the vagina. After a week of taking Im still feeling the same. Hoping it's not contractions though
