Converting percentages to fractions

This video tutorial shows students how to convert from a percentage to a fraction

@TheIpod321 Suppose you want to find 5% of 300
If you divide 300 by 10 you get 10% of 300 which is 30
If you then half that answer you get 5% which is 15

In general: to get 5% divide by 10 to get 10% and then half that to get 5%.
