Ingredients
Small onion –12 Mine was very tiny, so used more
Red chilli - 4
Curry leaves – 1/4 cup
Garlic – 3 flakes
Tamarind – 1/4 tsp
Jaggery – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Salt – As needed
To temper
Oil –1 tsp
Mustard – 1/2 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Aasafoetida optional – 1 pinch
