Nah man u need a straight bar (nice ez curl reps btw) and u gotta control the eccentric. Sitting in a bench helps u isolate a lot easier too.

straight bars activate the bicep better than an ez curl bar. The ez curl bar doesn’t active the bicep, it activates the brachialis, the outside of your arm.

I can overlook that swinging on the ez curl bar but that form on hammer curls was atrocious. Unless that was like ur 11th rep, u are going heavier than you can handle.

Why an ez curl bar? The supinated grip of a normal bar has a lot more bicep activation. But in the end chin ups are probably better overall with bicep activation levels
