What is Phenomenology? [demo]

Words can be too abstract! I demo introspective meditation by drawing my mental experience of my hand (on paper with a pencil).

what does warm feel like? or pressure? can you break it down further?
what does "energy" feel like?
what is noticing this?
how do you know you have bones?
how big is the area or radius of your attention, does it change with different sensations
do you feel everything inside the visual perimeter of your hand or does the kinesthetic extend further
how are you attending to this? from point to point attractors or with diffuse awareness
what parts of description are creating reactions to the description and not the primary input
what aspects of the experience couldn't be labeled

Really cool way of demonstrating phenomenology! One thing I’m curious to learn is how you translate something like this example to your philosophical/psychological thinking?
