Amazing Explanation! But let me rectify one mistake. At 8:50, the variable with maximum coefficient does not necessarily have the maximum impact. It depends on value of x as well. This will only hold true if the data is normalized beforehand.

Well Explained. I think You forgot to mention that, in every scenario either it is Linear(simple & multiple) or Non_Linear(simple & multiple), there will be only one dependent variable. Independent variables can vary from 1 to multiple.
