Having played CBT, I wouldn't say Tololo falls off at all. In fact she's still T1 in CN while Suomi is T0. She gets stronger as more Water units drop.

I'm not a Bluestacks user but I decided to give it a go for this game. I must have goofed something up because after I used up all my draws, I tried going into other instances, but they were all exactly where my first instance was.. what did I do wrong???
