Jeera rasam-paruppu thogayal aaha!! What a combination! Super menu. Vazhapoo kootu also great! Thanks for the wonderful recipes. A small suggestion for double beans sabji- we can add a teaspoon of besan(kadalai maavu) in the oil while adding ajwain and slightly toss it for a minute and then add the remaining ingredients. It gives some thickness to the sabji and also enhances the taste.

For paruppu thogayal instead of red chili my mother used to add 1/2 green chili. Rest same superb 👌👌
