"Welcome back to another video. My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness. Now in this video I'll be sharing with you how to use binaural beats for the manifestation process. Let's first off understand that in the manifestation process one of the most important parts of it is not only the action, but also the state of being that we're in, and the emotion that we have underneath what we are intending to create in our lives.

"Now in order for us to really embody that feeling, and to really amplify it, and to impress it on the subconscious mind, it's very important that we learn the different brain wave states, and how that is more impressionable of the subconscious mind. Now understand that the subconscious mind is what runs most of our life experience. That when we learn how to influence it, that's when we start to gain leverage with this process, because as we are impressing upon it. We are then creating change from the inside out, because even if we consciously want something if we don't change it from a subconscious level the patterns will still override whatever conscious activity we are doing. It takes a lot of repetition to then change the subconscious mind.

"Now luckily there are tools that we have that we can really leverage ourselves to impress upon this. I'm going to quote a book right now that is called The Feeling is the Secret by Neville Goddard. It talks about how every night when we go to bed what we can do is as we are falling asleep to feel the emotions of what we want to embody, to feel and view ourselves as already having whatever we want, and that as we go to bed at night and we do that we are very powerfully influencing our subconscious mind, and allowing us to then create that in a part of our life.

"In a similar way what are we doing when we go to bed? Well we are going from the beta, to the alpha, to the theta, to the delta state. We are going from the more conscious states of brain wave activity, to then the deeper levels until we fall asleep. Then when we wake up in the morning it's the same thing, we're going from the deeper states into the more conscious states. The idea is that we can do that as we are going to bed at night, it's a very powerful process. I have other videos that talk about it, but what if we want to do something in the middle of the day, or we want to induce it to be more powerful? Well that's where binaural beats come in.

"Now binaural beats are best used when you are using in ear headphones. Now the reason this is, is because each bud will release a certain frequency, or a certain tone, and that will then influence the brain wave state that you're in. The idea is that you don't want to just have it in the stereo, or in your laptop unless it is connected to a headphones, which is then going in ear. Now you can also do the over the ear ones. Just make sure that there's a tight fit, or that it's just you can very powerfully hear it. The idea is that what you do is you put in the headphones, and then you put it on the different ones that you can choose. Now I recommend personally the most powerful one that I use is what is called a theta state, and I'll link the description below for it, or the video below.

What I do is sometimes if I'm laying out, like I'll go to the gym, and at the gym I have, or the gym I go to there is you lay out in the sun. What I'll do sometimes is I'll lay out in the sun, because it's very relaxing. I'll put in those binaural beats, and what I'll do is just focus on viewing myself the way that I prefer to be, on the emotions of having what I want to create, but feeling like I have it already. I focus on that, and do that for sometimes 15 or 20 minutes, and I enjoy it, but also it helps to prime me for those kind of experience, and to really allow that to become my natural state of being. I'm also influencing my subconscious mind.
