Main ingredients of ice cream is milk. At 1:09 shows Dippin dots melting but no sign of milk. It actually started to look like soda. So, what happened to the milk after freezing in Nitrogen then?

I remember trying these for the first time as a little kid.
Instantly in love.
I asked my mom if she tried them.
Apparently when she was younger she ate so much until her tongue burned from the freeze!

Hope they start selling these in stores one day. Because the only places we can find them are at either amusement parks or zoos. Dippin Dots are one of my favorite things to snack on 😋
