How to Fix Windows 10 Flashing Screen

It can be also work when uninstall all quality updates then install updates from windows update manager then you won't get the problem


The reason this problem comes is depend on your hardware or software which need to install new packages overwriting on installed updates thats the reason you get this errors

I have an Alienware M17X. Safe mode failed on my system. With a regular reboot (and flashing screen), you can hit Ctrl-Alt-Del and then hit the services tab. At the bottom of the page, there is a "Open Services" link. From here you can manually set the services you mention to "Disabled" and hit the "Apply" button. Once I did this, the flashing stopped and I could reboot normally. Thank you for saving me the headache of contacting technical support! You are awesome!!!

listen did everything on the internet to fix the problem but at the end i found it by myself so you can try what i did
1.go to start button
2.setting
3.update & security
4.check for updates
that stopped the flashing for me after i did all the other things to fix it

it's 2020. This randomly started happening to me while I was peacefully playing Stardew Valley and I was NOT ready for my parents to blame me for this. Can't wait to tell them I fixed it. Thanks though!! This video from 4 years ago helped out a whole lot.
