A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Erika and welcome to my YouTube channel. I've had this channel since 2009 but only started uploading regularly last year. I am a born and raised New Yorker. I've been a performer my whole life and in 2009 was offered the job of a lifetime - performing for Disney Cruise Line. Over three years with the company, I portrayed some of Disney's most beloved characters, danced my heart out, and met my husband! In 2013, I moved up to Toronto, Canada and studied for my full STOTT Pilates certification. Then, that summer, my husband and I got our first apartment on the Upper East Side in Manhattan, NY! In December 2013, my husband (then boyfriend) came home from his last ship contract and proposed! We got married at The Russian Tea Room in New York City on January 24th, 2015. We love adventure, and after 3 years living in Manhattan, in May 2016, we moved down to Celebration, Florida! In December 2016, I danced in the Macy's Holiday Parade at Universal Studios and had the time of my life! Although we've loved Florida, in May 2017, we moved back to New York to be closer to family and friends. In June 2017, we got the best news in the world - that we were expecting our first baby due March 2018. on February 28th, 2018 our little Hugo William was born. He is the light of our lives. PHEW.. So that's my story! I don't know what adventures lie ahead but I am SO excited to share them with all of you!

The honest diaper doesn’t have a wetness indicator because they’re chemical free and the color change is a chemical reaction. I like the color indicator too but that is the reason!

I thought Honest company were small too, but I noted that they were just a much more snug fit. I had no leaks, they never even seemed like they would soak through, and I don’t need a wetness indicator to know my child is wet! Honest and Luvs are my favorite. Pampers are just ok for me

Although they are convenient Wetness indicators are mostly for Beginner moms but you can touch the diaper and feel if it’s peed or full also adding it probably drives the price up and most organic diapers will not have it because it contains non organic chemicals plus most of the time if it’s a poop the color won’t change so you’re gonna have to check periodically just Incase it’s not pee

We have tried just about every diaper and Pampers Swaddlers are the absolute BEST in my opinion and 2nd Best is the new Pampers 360 fit!!!

My son is 16 months old and potty trained, but before that when he was newborn we tried all sorts of brands and honest worked a little before he started breaking out, (he breaks out with everything but pampers) but he has only had two blowouts and they were both in honest. So now all I use for him (at night and nap time) is pampers and I plan on only using pampers with future kids!

I also really didn't like the honest company diapers. He had two blow outs in them and I was done using them. The wetness indicator is also crucial because he is so sensitive when wet we have to change him a ton. Pampers swaddlers are my favorite by far. We will use huggies if we have to. 😊

I actually find the wetness indicator annoying because the baby could have one tiny pee and it turns blue. My son could drool on the diaper and it turns blue. I prefer the diapers without!

I totally agree with you. I only tried huggies, luvs, up & up, and pampers. Huggies I hated from the beginning, they were the only brand that I got at baby showers so I assumed they were the best but I hated them because the tabs would always fold into the poop when changing my son, also as he got older the huggies were too small. Luvs were okay for a while to contain the leaks at night but still run too small to really prevent leaks. Up and up were all I used for months, target brand, they were cheaper than every other brand and they contained poop and most importantly pee over night. However, as my son has gotten older he has literally leaked through every single diaper multiple times at night. All in all pampers cruisers have been the best fit and the best at containing the messes for us. Also he would break out occasionally with huggies or luvs and no break outs with pampers.

I love this video! I have a 5 year old and a 19 month old (both girls) so I’ve tried all kinds of diapers lol. I’m like you I wanted so bad to love honest diapers but I just didn’t. With my first I loved pampers at the beginning. The wetness indicator is a must for the first couple of months IMO. As she got older I tried huggies and hated them on her, we had blow out after blow out. I only tried the huggies snug n dry though! My favorite with her ended up being luvs and parents choice. Now with my second luvs doesn’t work for her and neither do parents choice. She is such a heavy wetter and they just can’t hold what she can do lol! I’ve found since she is mobile now pampers cruisers and huggies little movers are my fav!! Pampers run so much bigger than the rest and I love that! I also tried the Naty diapers with my first and didn’t like them. What’s your favorite baby wipe?
