i always do the corners in a way that looks like the pattern continues onto the other wall
for example, if a complete tile is 20cm long, and my cut is 10cm long, i continue the next wall with another 10cm cut; if it's 7cm long, i continue with a 13cm long one, etc., etc.
that way it doesn't look like two separate patterns
but to accomplish that i never start tiling from the corner, cause in that case i wouldn't have anything to continue the pattern on complete pieces

Should have stacked ur corners different so it appears to wrap around corner looks alot better

Would be good to pull an occasional tile just placed to verify that you are collapsing the grooves and getting good mortar coverage instead of air gaps.

I would have started on the left and continue my pattern going right that way my alternate stacking image is continous from the left wall to right

I tile with silicon, ten times quicker and ten times cleaner and ten times stronger
