People forget Gordon may be a nice guy but he can also be one snarky savage too.

Man, this was a great scene. The soundtrack, the jersey's, great season final.

There's something familiar about this; that reminds us of that scene in D2: THE MIGHTY DUCKS where the Ducks along with their new teammates switch from wearing the TEAM USA hockey jerseys to wearing the white Ducks jerseys with the duck hockey helmet on each.

I liked how the girl who got hurt was wearing Adam's jerseys, and Adam was the one who always got hurt.

I bet Gordon was tearing up inside seeing his old teams Jerseys with their names on the floor again, and seeing charlies number on the ice must've been a good feeling again.

This final season was iconic. It's the best remake disney has done

Disney had something special with this show. Gordon was individually training each person while finding the coach he used to be. Now because of creative differences, Bombay will no longer be back. Incredibly sad.

Man I'm genuinely sad that Season 3 won't be happening. Especially after giving us moments like this.

Like I had a whole season 3 premise in my head:

So hear me out: Season 3 sees the return of Bombay but he has his old job of working with the Junior Goodwill Games (like in the beginning of D3) and Evan's mom has a new better job that forces her to abandon her post as the Ducks' coach. So with Gordon and Evan's mom super busy; enter the one and only Charlie Conway, who's reluctant at first because (based on what Fulton said in the Spirit of the Ducks episode) he and Bombay have a rocky relationship at the moment. On top that; Charlie's having a hard time finding his groove as a coach since he hasn't been playing hockey for years. So he consults and talks with his old Ducks' teammates like Goldberg, Fulton, Connie, etc. and even Coach Orion from his Eden Hall Academy days. But it's not until he has a good ol' fashion heart-to-heart with Bombay where he and Gordon re-establish that father/son relationship they've always had and Charlie's finally able to find his coaching style and he leads the Ducks into a new "past meets present to forge a new future" era.

The only redeeming thing about Coach T is his quality mullet. Lol

This like the battle between darkness and light. The new Mighty Ducks are the darkside while the original D-5 Mighty Ducks are the lightside.

Uh, I have no idea if this is important... but this was my favorite detail and I even spotted it in this episode.

Non-spoiler: I loved that Kenny Wu has an original green and yellow Duck jersey when the OG ducks returned for the series. It was surprising for me to see but made me smile happily because in D2, Kenny never wore the original colors at all. Seeing him wear one here makes me happy thinking that sometime after D2 or D3, they made him the green and yellow jersey as a way of accepting him and the other new additions from the second film as ducks.

Don't believe me? Then spoiler alert: This is what I saw in episode 10 during the ending.

When the Don't Bothers wear the original Duck jerseys, I spotted two more names that appeared in D2 that never wore the green and yellow. This is what I spotted.

Evan, as stated in episode and can be obviously seen, is wearing Charlie's 96 jersey.
Sofi, has Adam Banks' 99 jersey.
Nick wears Averman's #4 Jersey.
Koob is wearing Goldberg's jersey. No surprise there.
Gibby has Connie Moreau's #18 jersey.
Logan is wearing Kenny Wu's #16.
It was hard to see but... Tevor is wearing Fulton's 44 and Havel is wearing Guy Germaine's #00 jersey.

Along with Kenny Wu, which Logan is wearing, I spotted two more D2 names that were referenced.
If you look carefully, Sam is wearing Russ Tyler's 56 jersey in the green and yellow.
And Maya is wearing a jersey that says "Gaffney" for Julie Gaffney who was number 6.

It just seems so heartwarming that sometime after the second and third movie, they made original color jerseys for the new Ducks that joined them.
If they show in the next season of someone wearing the jersey of Luis Mendoza, Dean Portman, or Dwayne Robertson, my childhood will be extremely happy. Especially since those subtle references to the original cast is absolutely amazing.

The Don't Bothers are the new Ducks. Still if there was a season 2 in the future will coach T make a comeback with a new team and will we see Charlie in s2?

Why are their helmets yellow and not blue?

Lauren Gibby: It’s time we’re going to put you new Ducks in a bodybag!
Maya Kasper: Prepare to get iced!
Evan Morrow: Chicken butt, you’re in big trouble!
Trevor Reddick: Why is that?!
Evan Morrow: Because hockey is 90% mental and the other half percent is physical.
Trevor Reddick: What?
