Leatherman Style PS The Best Keychain Multi Tool for the Money

In this table top review I go over the features of one of Leatherman's cool keychain multi tools, the Style PS which looks a lot like it’s big bother the Leatherman Skeletool. Howe ever the similarities end there, taking no more room on your keychain than a standard vehicle key this 1.58OZ multi tool is one you will forget you are even carrying until you need it for something.

When you reach for this multi tool the quick release carabineer you can instantly free this tool from your bulky keys and get to work, with the spring loaded needle nose pliers this tool excel when using it one handed in tight spaces. The wire cutters are more than capable for commonly found wire sizes around the house and for more delicate work the Leatherman Style PS comes with a very nice set of scissors that is capable of cutting paracord and other lightweight cords unlike some other keychain multi tools I’ve used in the past.

The included nail file is something many people will use on a daily basis but I personally find that the flat headed tip comes in very handy as it works on both flat headed and Philips head fasteners. Lastly we have to bring up the tweezers, while many multi tools don’t have them I really think they should, as the Leatherman Style PS demonstrates it’s easy to find a spot for it and it’s a very nice tool to have when you have delecate work or need to remove a pesky sliver.

To wrap up my review I think the Style PS is an excellent addition to add to your EDC carry load outs as a supplement to another multi-tool such as the Skeletool or full sized pocket knife. It adds a few features you might not already have covered and with the spring loaded pliers it’s very handy in tight spaces.
