BabyJ is somewhat delusional in val in general. Just from a personal experience; one of my friends was streaming when he qued against BabyJ. And i always find it fun to watch both perspectives and listen to both teams' comms. Also i could ofc hear my friends PC audio since he streamed it and never tapped out of val so he couldnt even have opened BabyJ's stream afterwards. So i was surprised when BabyJ complained about him streamsniping. After he complained for 5 rounds straight I went to his chat and explained the situation and that he couldn't be streamsniping. Just for him to insult me and his mods to mute me and him - even when I was muted - to make fun of me.. I'm happy he isn't in Partnership :)

Being a “sentinel” player in todays meta is being able to play at least 3 roles(smokes+initiator). FNS’s view on babyj is very accurate.

BabJ was a pro. Keyword " was".
Take example of Stellar, he is and still and can become the better pro. He climbed from a shithole with mid igl and mid aim. From cypher main to flex and support role. Stellar did an amazing work living up to his payroll.
BabyJ just doesnt want to get out of his comfort.

Why would 100T drop Stellar for BabyJ?

Also, FNS is 100% right. Teams can just get someone that is 90% as good on Cypher but also plays KJ, Sage, Viper, Breach and Fade instead of a guy that Literally only plays Cypher all day long.

the problem with babyj is he think he is good enough for t1 competition and has no plans to join t2. he won't be picked over players who proved themselves in t2 competition.

I think BabyJ is trying to prove his worth after the 100T drama but I do agree that his ego is very high for no reason, all I hear about the dude is ego related. FNS isn't saying anything controversial, he's just giving advice which I think is true 🤷

FNS is definitely right. Sticking to one role and expect T1 offers is delusional. Take dapr as an example. He mains the sentinel role and as the meta changed, he was able to adapt to initiator and controller roles which made him stay in T1 and T2 leagues. Plus, why would any franchise team take him in case their team doesn't workout? There are way better players in the market with lot more experience. He has not played professionally for quite some time and that isn't good. He needs to be humbled, pretty sure he got offers tho, just not in T1.

BabyJ is good, but he doesn’t offer too much to a team. As a sentinel, you have to be able to mid round a lot or be an IGL especially if you only have 2 agents mastered. BabyJ said his problem is he’s not an igl so he can’t take stellars or Dephs spot. I can see him being a bench player for EG since they have 5 spots, but that’s about it

Don’t understand why the guy won’t just go play tier 2. Prove you belong in tier 1. There’s an ass load of cracked out tier 2 teams. Personally think tier 2 will be better than tier 1.

babyj isn't even the best sentinel even then most sentinel that is better than them usually play multiple role like initiator or controller since some map doesn't even have a sentinel.

I would take FNS, Stellar or depph every single time over BabyJ like u need to play Viper, Breach and Kayo as Sentinel player.
