Preventing Slip, Trip, Fall injuries by Using Three Points of Contact
Показать описание
It's a simple technique that can save you lots of pain and anguish. Always have three points of contact when climbing on and off of equipment. That means at least two feet and a hand, or two hands and a foot. If you start getting down to two points of contact or doing other risky things like jumping off of equipment or having to balance with no hand contact, you are much more likely to experience an injury, or possibly even death if you fall badly. So do yourself and your family a favor and use three points of contact!
