Why Danzo did not use Kotoamatsukami on Sasuke?

Danzo had already used the technique on Mifune in order to get elected as the Supreme Leader of the Allied Shinobi Forces. So it was already on cooldown for the rest of the day when he confronted Sasuke. Danzo should have saved the technique though, because Mifune had already decided that Konoha’s Hokage should be the leader of the Allied Shinobi Forces prior to ever meeting Danzo.

Danzo kept saying throughout the fight that his main target was Madara (Tobi) - corroborated at the end by his desire to protect the leaf at all costs.

Danzo says it himself in the fight with sasuke that he was saving himself for Obito (which at the time danzo thought was Maddara)

Even when he lost and faced both Obito & Sasuke, he still didnt use it so i think the eye was still on cool down as Danzo used it before and he though it would be ready for Obito after he done with Sasuke

Just rematch the fight. Danzo couldn't use kotoamatsukamu for most of the fight because it hadn't yet recharged. Kotoamatsukamu has a massive recharge countdown even for a person with many hashirama cells.(meaning shisui would steal not be able to use it more than once per day). Danzo couldn't use it more than once per day and he had already used it. It only recharged in the end of the fight. But on that moment danzo couldn't decide weather to use it or not because he needed izanagi to not die. + he also wanted to use it against Obito but his situation was tough.

He's more worried about obito (madara) than sasuke even danzo himself say that, also kotoamatsukami would end up sasuke, if there's no karin and obito, sasuke doesn't have chance to land a strike

How can an experience ninja with 10 izanagi lost to such a young sasuke, the only reason i can think of is cos sasuke is the co-main character in Naruto

Proof u didn’t read manga or watch the show he literally said when he took the bandage off that he didn’t know weather to use it on sauske or madara/obito or if he should use izunagi again

Danzo didn't even have the Kotoamatsukami eye. Itachi had it.

Can somebody please explain to me: of MS grants two abilities, then how can they all possess susano? Does every Uchiha possess the susano when they unlock the MS and then they are granted two unique abilities? I use to think that susano could only be used with an EMS, but Itachi didn't have EMS and still used susano vs Sasuke. Lol I'm so confused!

He can’t spam it he’s not óbito he can only use it once a day and he used it on mifune
