Israel has directed residents in northern Gaza to evacuate in anticipation of a ground invasion but many of these evacuees have no where to go. The Palestinian Health Ministry says dozens of those attempting to evacuate have been killed by Israeli airstrikes, most of which were women and children. Tens of thousands of people are sheltering in Gaza’s largest hospital. Ayman Mohyeldin, the host of MSNBC’s “Ayman” joined Lindsey Reiser to discuss the mounting humanitarian crisis in Gaza.

You would think the people in charge of Israel would have more mercy considering what happened in world war 2. But they seem to be treating the people of gaza like Jews were treated back then...

If they won't allow refugees to flee the conflict, then they should at least allow humanitarian supplies to come into Gaza.

As someone from the UK. When the British army killed civilians on bloody sunday it was the best recriuting tool for the IRA. If Israel gets this wrong it could be the best recruiting tool for Hamas or what comes after Hamas.

I'm appalled. I've been following this with full faith that Democracy and The Rule of Law will pull through and sort this out. I'm being proved wrong before my very eyes. Hamas deserves all condemnation for what they did. What is happening now to the Palestinian people who live in Gaza deserves all condemnation. One cannot look at the most catastrophic humanitarian disaster in the history of the world and say that Democracy and The Rule of Law are working.

It is easy to get if the Egyptians will let them> Egypt is to blame. What is wrong with MSNBS. Call out the Egyptians. Gazans are Arabs just like Egyptians. Most Gazans were originally from Egypt. The burden is not on Israel. They are defending themselves which is their right.

I can't see much difference between Hamas and the Israeli government regime of Apartheid.

So glad Mohyeldin is no longer being silenced. There is, and should be, room in journalism to present the full myriad of facts, ideas, and opinions. The world can and MUST both free Palestinians and protect the Israeli populace during that process. All life is equal.

Is Israel trying to create a copy of the Warsaw Ghetto in Gaza?

Sounds like Hamas leaders start to panic when they become the casualties of war instead of the people they ask to give up their lives for the cause.

Maybe somebody should have told them that when you crawl in bed with the devil you’re gonna get burned.

What about the humanitarian crisis right here in the U.S. Homelessness, drug use rampant, over 40 million people on food stamps. Charity begins at home.
