I had a self checkout cashier tell me last time I was using the printable coupons for Springer Mtn. Chicken that I wasn’t allowed to use copied coupons. I tried to explain that I printed them from an email that they sent me, I didn’t copy them; I didn’t have the patience to deal so I told her to take them off-I stopped at another store after work that day and used the coupons just fine.

You have the worst cashiers at your Publix! My cashiers are always so amazed when I teach them about couponing and they are always helpful, rather than questioning my every move. They should be saying "Good for you!" instead of the hassle they seem to give you.

I just came back from Publix hoping to get the Tena deal and the $3 off from Publix at self checkout requires that you print and insert the coupon which I didn’t have. The girl who stands to watch self checkout kept hovering over to me and staring. And to make matters worse I tried to ask her if she could just help me apply the coupons and she suspended my entire transaction and took me to customer service. She didn’t even tell customer service what was going on, they asked me. And I said I just needed to apply the Publix coupons. The girl kept saying “I don’t know how many coupons but it was A LOT” with wide eyes. They took all my coupons (9) and only let me keep 3. My fiancé got the springer chicken (2) and other stuff separately just fine so this was a whole nightmare. Customer service said that it was copied since I printed it even though I explained this is directly from the manufacturers site not reproduced from someone else. I’m going to try another day and see if they’ll let me 😢

In the store my whipped cream was not scanning for the ShopKicks rebate but I still got them because I got the rebate for Ibotta.

Did Ibotta give you trouble for the Tena pads? I did the offer a while ago but they didn’t want to give me the cash back because I used Publix coupons (I still got it though after talking with customer service lol)

there is one Publix store here in GA that does that to me, I called corporate and said they need to educate their employee on coupons a little better. I absolute avoid that store if I can.

Nice haul!! I hate that we do not have a Publix but I love to see your hauls. lol. Did you see on Ibotta for the weekend bonus you can not submit a receipt from the day before. They put the wording. Ugh
