I did training in 2019. It was an excellent experience. I worked at tmc for a year to complete my contract. I only left tmc for an amazing local opportunity. An opportunity I could have never gotten without tmc. I am in no way affiliated with tmc. I'm just a former driver and still a huge fan of black and chrome. I simply can't say enough about this awesome company

“Premier flat bed company” is right!
I started my trucking career with TMC. I was in Mike Fisher’s last Securement Class. Amazing knowledge. I worked with TMC for only 9 months before being invited into a dream opportunity. I was a 32%-er. I learned how to run a truck for profit. What I learned at TMC has catapulted me into a lead driver position (I’m owner op) for a major music artist, running 10 trucks (some owner op, some contracted) of which I get a % on top of my day rate and growing my business. The most constant compliments I get is “dedication to details”, “no short-cuts”, “hands-on”, “problem solver”,
“driving skills”, etc. (Humble brag! I’m proud.) I learned these characteristics through TMC. Their formula works. Period.
Thanks Black & Chrome!! Couldn’t have gotten here without you.

As a crane operator for a local company here in Northeast Ohio I have the privilege of meeting some of these fine TMC drivers at my direct ship to jobsite deliveries. I'm always impressed on how the equipment looks and the drivers attention to detail. Thank you TMC for giving me some A+ drivers to work with.

I have been running oversized load’s and everything else for more years than most driver’s ages. I have observed your driver’s their load securement tarping and can definitely see that they have received top notch training and support afterwards. Have cousins driving for y’all doing well trained one still is training other is living his dream running on the John Deer side. He tried to get me to take him in my truck train him in oversized load’s but 650hp over 3, 000 foot pounds of torque is not a truck you train in and my contracts don’t allow it or would have. Hats off to your people helping train the driver’s properly see to many out here with other’s that shouldn’t be doing open deck period

I spent the first two years of my 18 year career after CDL school with TMC. The training, the equipment, the pay a driver can get right out of school, is really great at TMC. If you want to learn how to flatbed, and earn good money, while driving some of the nicest equipment...this is the place to be.

This video is very informative. Thank you and the rest of the other TMC drivers that VLOG, and post their experiences. I'll be coming to TMC in about two weeks. I used my GI Bill for Trucking School and got all my endorsements, US Passport, and TWIC card. This is my first Truck Driving job, but I've been driving Commerical for about 15 years as a Bus Operator.
I'm looking forward to a rewarding trucking career, and I know I'm making a great choice by coming to TMC. See yous soon

I can't wait to talk to TMC tomorrow! I live in Mobile, Al but I'm willing/ready to go wherever I need to go. Hopefully they have a terminal 150-200 miles from me.

With 2yrs OTR experience from hauling reefer but now switched over to flatbed and also driven 15k miles out with a trainer. Would I still be required to go out with a trainer at TMC?

Currently in des moines. You get paid for training but please take heed to my words. DO NOT come out here if youre not in good health and cant pass a drug test. You have to be able to lift 120lbs onto a trailer and pick it up and throw it over a load. You also have to pass multiple tests including math and hazmat. This orientation is no joke it is literally hell week. Everyday I am in fear of being sent home for failing something.

Good morning dear TMC community, I would like to inform you that I would be highly appreciated if I get the chance to attend your training and be a part at this great company as soon as possible .
Thank you so much

They didn’t say nothing about them 130 pound cover that u got to pick up and put on ur shoulders the first day just to get to the 2nd day. If u can’t pick them up and put on ur shoulders or if u r sacred of heights, ain’t no need to go

Started a driving school back in Missouri in 2017, didn't get to finish, had to file bankruptcy, wish I could have finished. Would now go to tmc, but too embarrassed to try again. 🥺

I’m finishing Class A CDL course in Louisiana on September 11, what would be the next steps to coming aboard @ TMC?

If I have 9yrs of driving experience would I need to go thru the in-depth training (totally fine with the if so) I know I would need load securement trying because I don’t have flatbed training.
