I just realized that Placebo is a band with no bad song's in their albums and I've loved them since the first album. Brian is a huge inspiration!

this song to me is a message that you cannot sleep forever and by sleep I mean procrastinating, running away from the things that need to be done, from your duties and making decisions about life. this year is my final school year and I feel like there's no future, I don't wanna do anything cause cause I don't know what I want from life. so I do nothing. this song reminds me of the fact that time goes on, sooner or later I will have to do something with my life and go in one or another direction or at least I can do something that I don't hate until I realise what I want but not degrade sitting still.

I forgot how beautiful and haunting this song is. It takes me back to my 15 year old self. I’m watching Olympia 2000 and the moment this song comes on I’m glued to the screen and realising why I’ve loved this band so much for years.
With streaming and absence of new material, it’s easy forget the music that meant so much to you in life and still means a lot until you have that moment where you hear it and it just clicks like it’s 2001 again.

It's 2023 and life has never been so....wrong, so.... hard. "You'd better keep it in check or you'll end up a wreck and you'll never wake up" hits me like a dart in my already weakened heart and mind.
