Bill Gates dropped out of Harvard University in 1975, moved to New Mexico, and started a new company with his friend Paul Allen — Microsoft. His first big splurge was in 1979 when he bought a Porsche 911. Prior to that, he had already been arrested twice for traffic violations. In mugshot, he was caught blowing by a stop sign, as well as driving without a license.
