Hey, I found you via Gordo's latest video. It seems like your video was inappropriately removed by him. Most people will think you're shit for stealing his work but I'm the few that thinks you're in the right. Gordo was performing in public and you happened to be there. You filmed him, uploaded the video, and got millions of view, which also helped Gordo's online career. You weren't also false advertising as your merch didn't have Gordo's name on it. In terms of copyright, it is a gray area as he was performing in public without any sign stating not to film him. Gordo probably had a difficult time consulting with music companies to claim your video as the original piece was not recorded in a studio or sold anywhere.
What makes me sick is that Gordo did not care about your video when he had such a small following. He attacked you out of greed and jealousy, once he had an audience and a voice. His sister is on his video, constantly defending Gordo, stating that we are most likely your friends or relatives, which is absolutely absurd and biased. She gives no appreciation to your video trending. In reality, you were the first to upload bucket drumming videos on YouTube, which is why I believe your video gained traction over the years. You titled the video correctly, and marketed it at the perfect time, before YouTube was even a thing. Sure, you were a dick for not crediting him properly and removing his pinned comment, but you absolutely had the right not too, as it was your video. You should consult with a lawyer regarding this matter, as I feel like you were somehow mistreated, ambushed and betrayed. Good luck!
