how did you get the plastics back on ?

Very nice and very helpfull video. I 'd like your help on 2 things, please..

1. In the beginning of the dis-asembly, when I replace the cover of the small lever, there is a white plastic ring. When I tried to put it back on, after I finish whith the replacement mirror, I find it difficult to put it right. Is there any trick on that?

2. The plastic lid from the in side of the door (the one that we remove after taking out the plastic cover of the small lever in the beginning) has 2 clips in one side and another one on the other side. Which is the best way to put it on again? How excactly do we put it on? (the clips look a little weird, I can't figure out how to do it)

My ford focus has the door torx screw missing. Does anyone know where to source? Is this something I can get at a hardware shop? I think its a t20 torx screw
