Not sure if it was just the dairy or what but for about 1 1/2 years I have followed her smoothie recipe for breakfast every morning. At first I did a whole blender but now only half and it had cleared away my lungs, sinuses, nose to the point that I can breath deeply through my nose which I was never able to do. 👍🏻🌿💚

I'm doing her protocol and it works!!! So grateful to have found her! '1/2 cup a day is a do 2 cups a day!! 😂 But once I'm heal I'll do 1 cup a day... maybe 1/2 cup but for now 2 cups of flaxseeds or chia seeds. We love Dr. Goldner❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The great thing about Dr. Goldner's protocol is that it works for everybody. One thing you will find with different "diets" is that some people think one kind of diet works better for them and another thinks a different kind of diet works better for them. But with Dr. Goldner's protocol – it works for everybody. And it's amazing how many people are completely healed of their "incurable" diseases. Reversal of disease is a regular occurrence for people following her protocol

So Dr. Gregor is saying to limit intake to 1 tbsp daily of flax seeds because of the cyanide content. But people on Dr. Goldner's protocol have a daily intake of as much as 1/2 to 1 full cup?

About the spinach, please. 16/18 ounces of spinach is a HUGE amount. I am on blood thinners, and I suppose my cardiologist would protest. And from a practical point of view, that much spinach is perhaps loading my blender 6 times. With this and the previous video about the power of green smoothies against inflammation, I'm hoping that the recipe at least provides the whole day's prescribed amount.

Chia seeds don’t need grinding, just an overnight soak. Delicious breakfast bowl with dried fruit ( from amla powder to sultanas) shaken in and fresh/frozen fruit on top next morning. Using m!lk made from walnuts/almond homemade & you have a great noise-free breakfast 😊

I was a vegetarian with Hashimotos, Sjogrens Syndrome and constant fatigue. I was told to stop the eggs and go vegan very quickly I became very sick. Acupuncture helped with SS.
