Favorite part of this alternate timeline is that Haiti seems to have fared better. France's reign of ruin upon Haiti in our timeline is a disgrace.

I doubt New Orleans would be annexed, since the British had no plans to annex any territory and the battle actually occured after the war had already ended. If anything, the Americans would've won because the British would've still been completely focused on fighting Napoleon, and not be able to send troops west from 1814 to 1815 like they did in our timeline.
