Hello girly! I love your vlogs in Korea, I am planning my next trip to Korea and your videos are really helpful! If you'd take my POV about acne, I had the same issue, adult acne and I am managing it well now. I took Accutane for 1 year and then acne came back a few months later. What i did is the following: i removed all seasonings I only use good quality salt and pepper, eat Greek yogurt for good bacteria, eliminated sugar and white bread, eat sourdough, and a lot of fresh seasonal fruits, red meat and fatty fish, pasteurized eggs and butter, honey and dates occasionally. Acne is predominantly a diet issue, and the diet influences how hormones work.
