Why are all the calendars blank? Isn’t the point of a calendar seeing stuff on the calendar?

1. Cloud-based services like attaching anything from google drive isn't supported on the desktop app--HUGE fail.
2. Not being able to apply integrations globally as an option but instead forcing it to be done over and over for each board/user
3. customer service chats take a seriously long time
