Good review. Being a little techy here: didn't really measure how much, if any, actual UVC rays were being emitted. Without that measurement, you can't be sure if this isn't just a black light wand

Got (2) at Dollar store and it beeps but neither one lights up 😭

The on/off switch is not great so sometimes it has to be pressed several times... alternatively you can try press and hold. If you get a hot/cold thermal bag $1... just put items in bag, turn on light, close bag... other similar bags sell for $80

I bought this from my local dollar tree. I was using it in my bathroom and the light was reflecting off my mirror. I could see it in my side vision. Also, when I would go over things with it I would look where the light would go onto but never directly at the light. Do you think I damaged my eyes from doing all this? They say you are supposed to wear glasses while using these things. Mine never came with any. So now I'm Worried.
