i did everything as suggested but when i go to contact. i do not see an option to make phone call or video call. i can make a cell to cell call. how can i make video calls?

The first step is to click on communicate and whenever I do that it says setup for a second and then goes back to home

MY PROBLEM WITH ALEXA ECHO DOT SPEAKERS IS THAT IT WILL NOT SEND MY CORRECT "CALLER ID" INFORMATION, BUT RATHER, MY ALEXA ECHO DOT SENDS SOME STRANGE NUMBER FROM ANOTHER STATE THAT THE PERSON I'M CALLING DOES NOT RECOGNIZE; THEREFORE, THE PERSON I'M CALLING DENIES THE CALL & WILL NOT ANSWER! I NEED ALEXA ECHO DOT TO SEND MY CORRECT "CALLER ID".
