have one question. why declare var newsDataArr = [ ] 22:32 already, and then still need to assign empty array to newsDataArr in fetchGeneralNews function 24:10 ?

I have some problems in my code on load working very well but when i click on sport or business etc buttons they again show me Headline news and not sports or business but when i change headline news with sport news in onload it works well what's the problem here?
