I've found two types of them. One with a number 6 and other with a number 12 on the package. Is there any difference between them? Thanks

Had trouble putting on the coating. Was a cold and humid, just prepped the glass and applied the coating as directed, waited 5 to 6 minutes and wiped off. It left ghosting/high spots that weren't leveling out. Tried wiping it with a damp towel to see if it worked, which it did. But the amount of force i needed to remove the high spots/ghosting led me to believe I wipped the whole thing off so i tried checking the hydrophobics which were really just flat and dead. I the product i got bad or does it not like cold humid weather?
