Hoverboard not working

Hoverboard can not be charged.We change the charger and hoverboard is not switching on ,only showing orange light

Took the hover board apart took, the battery strap off and it looks like the battery had come unplugged slightly. Push the plug together completing the connection in the Hoverboard works great.

You need a new battery with these hoverboards they’re made with cheap battery balancers so the battery gets out of balance and one or two of the batteries go bad and it won’t charge

Battery is accepting charge so the charger is thinking that it’s full and going into green mode, indication is that charger is remaining cold which another word not transmitting or pumping because constantly getting battery full signal. You need to replace the battery.

Our did the same. Went to replace battery. Found that the one in there came disconnect. Figuring it rattled off. Plugged it back in. And all work great again

You need a brand new battery that happend to me on my Lamborghini hoverboard and when we got a battery it stayed green

Battery is located on the other side charging port . Just open it with screw and try to buy a new battery . If u can’t find, u will be able to buy it on manufacturing factory of your hover board

Hey there, mine had the same problems. What I suggest you to do is, buy a new battery and try. To put the battery which is always on the opposite side it the plugin side, you need to open it.

Ok i had the same problem so i went in the power button side removed panel, disconnected battery plug and put a piece of insulated wire into each side of the battery plug. I tested for voltage and found that battery only had .9 v so i used a car battery charger on lowest 12v setting for 8 minutes then discounted car charger it now has 2.3v and plugged battery back the way i found it rapidly plugging in hoverboard charger. The charging box now has red light indicating it's sending a charge 3 hours later it was full charge. Most charging systems won't send a charge if battery sat too long and falls below a certain number of volts. You need to juice the battery back up until charger can recognize battery voltage.

So how do you fix this I had the same problem you just have to get an actual charger cuz I had the right charger so you have to get the right

Mine been showing an orange light it still works but charger is showing green to so idk

I had that same issue I unplugged the battery then plugged it back in and it works fine

thx the hoverboard didn't work for me for 1 year and I charged it now and I'm waiting for it to go then :)

My hover board has the same problem :) all you do is buy a new battery . The battery is going bad or is bad so buy a new battery and it will help :) this happens when the hoverboard is sitting in the cold or 6-12 of use
